COVID-19 Policies

At Northfield Veterinary Hospital, the safety and health of our clients and patients is a top priority. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, we have adjusted our services in order to mitigate the spread of the novel coronavirus. See our adjusted services below, and please contact us at (330) 467-6400.

Curbside Care

We are currently accepting curbside appointments. When you arrive for your appointment, please remain in your car, and give us a call to let us know you’re here. A staff member will come out to retrieve your pet from the car and we’ll take them inside to perform all necessary treatment. When we’re finished with your pet, we’ll bring them back out to your car and give you a call to discuss any health updates as well as collect payment. We are also happy to deliver any medications or food products you’ve ordered through the hospital to you at this time.

Online Pharmacy
