Loved everything about the appointment. The new building is so nice. I was immediately greeted when I walked in. They make sure all the dogs have their own space so they are separated. Everyone was so pleasant. They had our past vet records and were knowledgeable of them prior to the appointment. When they roomed us they were thorough with questions about Dexter. Dr Roach and the assistant sat on the ground w/ Dexter and let him get comfy before starting the exam, letting him sniff them and spoiled him w/ treats. Dr Roach explained everything very clearly that was going on and gave me plenty of time to ask questions. I felt like we had been going there for years. Dex was a calm happy good boy the whole time with there help! He felt comfortable in a new place!
Our dog Charlie has behavior issues and we have been taking him to Northfield Vet for a few years. Dr. Roach is fabulous and everyone there always does everything they can to make the visit easier for Charlie. They are able to examine him thoroughly without triggering his anxiety which means we can keep our dog healthy and for that we are very grateful. If you have a pet that exhibits anxiety in typical settings, I recommend giving Northfield Vet a call.
Had our first visit at Northfield Veterinary Hospital with our two senior dogs. Dr Jackson was so patient and took her time to get to know our girls. We really appreciated not being rushed through the appt because our one girl Cali has a lot of random health issues so just going through her history takes a while. We were so impressed and so very thankful for their care.
Dr. Jackson meet my big baby Bella for the first time and didn’t hesitate to get down on the floor to examine my 86lb pittie. She listened to my concerns and suggested the best course of action to figure out what is wrong. The whole staff was amazing and did everything they could to make sure Bella and I were taken care of.
Thank you so much for your kindness and patience. Our family had such a hard time making this decision as we loved belle deeply and we will cherish Belle’s paw print. The flowers just received were beautiful and again thank you so very much. God bless you all.
As always Dr. Roach and the care she gives to my dog is top notch!! She goes above and beyond her job and will always listen to your concerns about your pet! Everyone at Northfield Vet Hospital is amazing and always welcoming!
I took my dog Storm here for her first vet visit in YEARS to get her shots updated. Despite me having no records or papers the staff was accommodating and made the experience easy as can be on storm. I’ll definitely be bringing her here again for follow ups and future veterinary needs!
Our boy, Raylan, loves coming to visit his “girlfriends”. Dr. Roach is great with him….patient with his high-energy antics. She listens to our concerns and gives us plenty of time to ask questions. Staff is kind and friendly. We feel very confident that he is well cared for!
Dr. Roach is the absolute BEST!! Her patience, knowledge, and bed side manor is top notch- if we could give 10 stars, of we would! We would trust no one else with our 3 babies!
